Ingredients: 100% Oats

To use: Cook with gas stove: 4 tablespoons oats, add 2/3 cup of hot water or low-fat / non-fat milk and stir well => Cook for 2 minutes, stir well and enjoy.
Cook by microwave: 4 tablespoons oatmeal, add 1 cup of water or low-fat / non-fat milk and stir well => Cook 1-1.5 minutes, depending on microwave should increase or decrease the time, different temperature, Stir well and enjoy
Depending on user preferences, can add fruit or seeds.
Storage: Store in cool, dry places, away from sunlight and high temperatures. After use, tightly close the lid.
Warning information: Product contains oats and wheat. Do not use the product after the expiry date
