Preparation materials:

  • Red lentils: 1 cup.

  • Fresh chopped ginger: 2 spoons
  • Minced garlic: 2 branches.
  • Curry powder: 1 spoon
  • Vegetable broth: 4 cups
  • Chopped carrots: 4 tubers
  • Potatoes peeled, chopped: 1 large tuber
  • Salt, chili, other spices.

Perform:

  • First wash the lentils with water.
  • Heat a pan, bring cooking oil to a boil, add ginger and garlic to the pineapple.
  • Next, add curry powder with carrots and potatoes and stir fry for 5 minutes.
  • Add the previously washed lentils together with broth, salt and chili.
  • Simmer while stirring, reduce the heat to reduce to boiling. Continue cooking for about 20 minutes until the lentils are soft and tender. You can use lentils curry with rice or bread.

  • Curry seeds: ½ spoon

  • Salt: 1 spoon
