Enjoy French Flavor With Macaron

As one of the magnificent traditional cakes of France, Macaron cake is characterized by a crispy crust but the soft and delicate intestine. Blended with matcha and soft cream, Macaron will be an ideal dessert for dinner.

Baking material:

  • Egg white: 1 fruit.
  • Sugar: 30g.
  • Almond powder: 30g.
  • Powdered sugar: 110g.Matcha powder: 1 teaspoon.
  • Cream cheese: 50g.
  • Fresh milk: 1 teaspoon.

Making:

  • Use an electric whisk to beat the whites at a medium speed until fluffy. Next, add ½ of granulated sugar and combine at high speed until smooth. Do the same with the remaining half of the sugar.
  • Sift almond flour with matcha powder, and 40g powdered sugar together with egg white to remove lumps. Stir to mix the mixture.
  • Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius. Prepare a paper lined baking tray, then place the above mixture into the ice cream bag. Squeeze each piece of powder about 4cm in diameter. Let the dough rest so that the dough does not stick when it touches, and a crust has formed.
  • Once the dough is satisfactory, bake for 15 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius.
  • Add the cream cheese, the remaining icing sugar and milk into the whisk, whisk the mixture until smooth. Then, put the ice cream into the cream catching bag.
  • After the cake has finished baking, cool, put some cream in the middle of the cake, then take another piece of bread and clamp it on top. So the matcha flavored macaron is complete
